        What Does a Preferred Application Look Like?
        Please apply online via our application form or by email – preferably as a PDF file. Your documents should include a brief cover letter, a current CV, and relevant certificates and references. For apprenticeship positions, we also appreciate a few personal words about why you chose this path with AZS.
        How Does the Selection Process Work?
        After we receive your application, you will get a confirmation of receipt. Our HR department will carefully review your documents and forward them to the relevant department. If your profile matches our needs, we will invite you to a personal interview or video call – for apprenticeships, this often includes a short on-site introductory day. You will receive feedback shortly thereafter.
        Can I Submit a Speculative Application?
        Yes, absolutely! If there is no suitable position advertised at the moment but you believe you’d be a great fit for us, we’d be happy to receive your speculative application. Please be sure to indicate which department or location you’re interested in – this helps us review your application more effectively.
        When Should You Apply for an Apprenticeship?
        Apprenticeships at Am Zehnhoff-Söns usually begin in August or September. Ideally, we should receive your application 6 to 10 months in advance – preferably between October and February of the previous year. Later applications are also welcome, depending on availability.
        I Received a Rejection. Can I Apply Again?
        Absolutely! A rejection only refers to a specific position at a specific point in time. If your qualifications or interests have changed, or if we have new job openings, we would be happy to receive another application from you – feel free to include a brief note referencing your previous application.
